We are so excited that you are interested in serving at Elevate! Maybe we are partial, but we definitely believe serving as a Small Group Leader in Elevate is one of the best uses of your time and energy. Over the years we’ve seen countless men and women, like you, make eternal impacts in the lives of Jr. High students.

An Elevate Small Group Leader serves every week during an Elevate service (Saturday 5:30 pm, Sunday 9 am or 11:15 am) with a consistent group of students helping them follow Jesus. Groups are based off of grade, gender and area.  Our goal for small group leaders is to: Connect Relationally, Encourage and Challenge Spiritually, and Engage Parents.

1. Set up at time to VISIT an Elevate service – it’s really important you actually check out Elevate to see if it is something you feel God leading you to be a part of!
2. Fill out an APPLICATION – an Elevate Group Life Pastor will give this to you after your visit, it has some great questions that will help you know if Elevate is the place for you!
3. Set up your INTERVIEW with an Elevate Group Life Pastor.
